Serious Energy Storage Without Wasting Space

With 500Ah of capacity and approximately 6.4kWh of stored energy, this battery is designed for more demanding motorhome and campervan electrical systems. It provides the capacity needed to run higher-consumption equipment and spend longer away from campsite hook-ups.

Despite that capacity, the battery retains the low-profile design of the Pro Underseat range, measuring just 198mm high.

High-Output Performance

The 500Ah model can deliver up to 250A continuously, with a peak discharge of 300A for 10 seconds, providing the high-current capability required by larger inverter systems and demanding onboard equipment.

Up to eight batteries can also be connected in parallel, allowing exceptionally large-capacity 12V battery banks to be created where required.

Advanced Battery Protection

An intelligent Battery Management System provides more than 60 protection measures, responding to different risk levels to help protect the battery while avoiding unnecessary shutdowns.

Protection features include high and low voltage protection, charge and discharge overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, high and low temperature protection, low-temperature charging cut-off and automatic cell balancing.

Built-In Bluetooth Monitoring

Integrated Bluetooth connectivity allows you to monitor the battery without needing physical access to the installation.

Using a compatible device and the Renogy app, you can keep track of battery status and performance in real time – particularly useful when the battery is installed beneath a seat or elsewhere out of sight.

Built for Cold-Weather Adventures

Integrated self-heating allows the battery to continue accepting charge in temperatures as low as -20°C (-4°F).

This makes the 500Ah Pro Series suitable for year-round touring and colder environments where conventional lithium batteries may prevent charging when cell temperatures fall below freezing.
